My name is Aïcha Dandjouma, and like many of you, I've navigated the unique challenges women face in both the corporate and entrepreneurial landscapes. From my roots in Cameroon to building a career in the fast-paced tech industry across Europe, I've learned firsthand the importance of resilience, self-belief, and a strong support system.

Along the way, I discovered my passion for enabling others. Whether coaching colleagues on mindset and strategy or honing my communication skills at Toastmasters, I saw the transformative power of shared experiences and actionable advice.
